Segundo informações obtidas pela jornalista Rafaela Rodrigues, o rapaz prestou depoimento na unidade policial, acompanhado de um advogado e logo em seguida foi liberado.

A jornalista descobriu ainda que o rapaz não possui carteira de habilitação e segundo ele, não estava ingerindo bebida alcoólica no dia da ocorrência.
Ele afirmou que no dia do fato, tentou desviar de um buraco na BA-120, quando colidiu na moto que Isaac pilotava.

A repórter entrou em contato com o advogado do suspeito, Leonardo Guimarães que dará mais esclarecimentos ainda nesta sexta-feira (22).
